Outer characterization

Cinna is Katniss’s stylist in the novel The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins. He is in his first year of working as a stylist for the Hunger Games. 

Cinna is described as an attractive young man with a natural appearance, unlike the extravagant fashions of the Capitol: 

Cinna’s close-cropped hair appears to be its natural shade of brown. He’s in a simple black shirt and pants. The only concession to self-alteration seems to be metallic gold eyeliner that has been applied with a light hand. It brings out the flecks of gold in his green eyes. (Chapter 5, 21%)
