The title of the short film “Prom” by Imran J. Khan has both a literal and symbolic meaning.
In the literal sense, the title refers to the event that Hasan, the main character, is preparing to go to. The title itself is also displayed on-screen as Hasan begins his journey, leaving little doubt as to where he is going.
