The TED talk “We Should All Be Feminists” by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie presents the author’s experiences as an African feminist and touches upon different topics related to gender. 

The title of the speech, “We Should All Be Feminists”, can be interpreted as a piece of advice for both men and women in our society. In her talk, Adichie shows that the definition of feminists applies to both men and women who agree that society deals with a gender problem and who make efforts to solve it. 

The composition of the speech can be split into several parts, according to the different topics addressed by Adichie. It is worth mentioning that there is no clear separation between the different parts of the speech, and that personal stories and anecdotes are spread throughout to help Adichie illustrate her ideas.
