In your analysis of the article “Binge Drinking is Good for You” by Jeremy Clarkson, you could consider focusing on those statements that are particularly interesting or controversial and discuss them.

In this case, the whole article can be considered controversial as the writer openly promotes binge drinking and mocks anti-drinking campaigns: “Serious binge drinking is not only a nice thing to do and jolly good fun, but also - and here's something that you won't get from the mongers of doom - it's good for you, too.” (p. 107, ll. 8-10)

His arguments are controversial considering that there are many studies that show how binge-drinking affects the development of young people and how regular binge-drinking can have long terms negative effects on people’s health. Furthermore, the writer’s article does not mention anything about the statistics at the time that showed drinking had become a real reason for concern in the UK.
