Intention

The intention of Kamala Harris’ Victory Speech is to inspire confidence in herself and in Joe Biden as officials who will work in American citizens’ best interest and to persuade Americans to work together to improve their country. 

Harris mainly uses ethos to show that she is dedicated to working hard for the American people and for her country. She also aims to inspire trust and confidence in Joe Biden as president-elect of the United States. 

Harris thanks Americans for working together in the election and showing up to vote in record numbers.
