The speaker of the 2020 Victory Speech is Kamala Harris, who had just won the 2020 election as vice president-elect alongside president-elect Joe Biden. She is the United States’ first elected woman vice president, as well as the first African American and Asian American to hold this office. 

She initially ran as a candidate for president for the Democratic party in the 2020 election but eventually withdrew before being chosen as Joe Biden’s running mate. Before her campaign as vice president, she served as a Senator of the United States for the Democratic party and as Attorney General for the state of California.
