The text “Co-parents, but not romantic partners” by Makda Ghebreslassie uses several arguments for co-parenting.
The text introduces expert opinions to further develop the idea of co-parenting. Andrea O’Reilly, a teacher of Women’s Studies and family courses, explains the natural development of co-parenting and focuses on the reasons why people tend to have a child rather late in life (ll. 38-40).
