For this part of your speech, it will be useful to highlight specific ways in which immigrants contribute to American culture and the effects that this has. Culture is a very wide term, so there are many ways to structure this argument.
For example, you might choose to include points about how the culture of the immigrants’ previous nations can mix positively with US culture to enrich the lives of both immigrants and non-immigrants. You may also consider whether a welcoming attitude towards immigration is itself a positive part of US culture. If you want to consider negative arguments, you might also consider whether some immigrants might bring cultural values that come into conflict with established US values.
