Discussion: the role of communication technology in the future

Part of your assignment asks you to discuss the role of communication technology in the future. You are required to uses Tristan Harris’ talk “How a handful of tech companies control billions of minds every day” as inspiration.

In his talk, Harris briefly focuses on the influence that communication technology has on the future. Towards the end of his talk, he draws attention to the fact that changing our present is essential if we want to change the future.
