Characterisation of Chris

Relation to his parents

Chris is also a caring person. He feels guilty he hasn’t kept in touch with his parents. “Chris was very touched by the film. It also made him uncomfortable. He thought of his own parents, left behind in the city”. (ll. 14-15)

Also, “Thinking of his own situation, he was stricken by remorse. He hadn’t seen his parents for eight months”. (ll. 26-27)
