Narrator and point of view

The events described in the short story “The Dress” by Julia Darling are told by a third-person narrator. The narrator is omniscient and has insight into the thoughts and feelings of Rachel, Flora, and their mother. Furthermore, the narrator switches perspectives and alternates between different points of view
