This interesting statement can be found in Rosemary Bennett’s article. She quotes Dr. Claire Hughes, from Newnham College, Cambridge, who believes that parents should not worry when they witness quarrels between their children. The constant disputes between siblings are often seen by parents as elements that feed their anxiety, but, Dr. Hughes says, children will only benefit from the situation.
