In “How Much Technology Should You Let Your Child Use?”, Dr. Larry Rosen presents certain facts and findings on the topic of technology and its impact on small children. The psychologist’s intention is to come forward with an unbiased portrayal of today’s highly technologized society, and the effects it can have on the youngest users.

More importantly, Rosen’s intention with the article is to give a helping hand to all the parents who struggle with the decision of letting their children use technology from an early age or concealing it for as long as they can. The author’s aim is to present as many situations regarding the use of technology from an early age; parents providing iPads for their children in order to avoid tantrums, the invention of the iPotty that keeps the child occupied while learning to go to the bathroom as well, as well as the case of a four-year-old’s iPad ...
