Summary

“Dukwane's Deliverance” by Neil Ramsorrun starts with Dukwane, who returns home from school to see if he has been accepted to attend King's College, Cambridge University. His parents do not want Dukwane to get his hopes up and be disappointed. However, the letter informs him that he did get accepted. Dukwane is very happy, but his father who is watching TV cannot understand why his son wants to study and become a politician; however, he still seems pleased for him.
