Lysander

Lysander is an Athenian nobleman, and Hermia’s lover in William Shakespeare’s play A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Egeus accuses Lysander of using tricks to secure Hermia’s affection: “This man hath bewitched the bosom of my child (…) With cunning hast thou filched my daughter’s heart.” (1.1.27-26).
