Delivery of the speech

Michelle Obama delivers her “Dear Class of 2020” graduation speech online, as part of the Dear Class of 2020 event streamed live on YouTube. Given the restrictions and social distancing imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic, high schools and universities were forced to cancel their in-person graduation ceremonies. In this special context, it therefore makes sense that we see Obama deliver the speech from her own home.
