In the article, “That Uncertain Feeling: An Italian Living in London On Brexit Britain”, Cristina Ruiz combines hidden and direct argumentation to convey her views and message in connection to the topic of being an immigrant in the UK.

Typically, the use of stories and examples are markers of hidden argumentation because the writer relies on them to suggest her views. One example is the story about the taxi driver talking about immigrants, which implicitly shows British prejudices (ll. 69-72).
