Title

The title of the short story is a bit intriguing at first, as Renaude is not one of the main characters and the story is not about her. In fact, the story is about the friendship between Clara and Mischa. Renaude, a transfer student from Canada, only appears halfway through the story and Clara and Mischa both find themselves attracted to her. While both Clara and Mischa are a bit in love with Renaude, the girl only functions as a reminder that their friendship is more important than anything else.
