Sentence construction

The novel Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury contrasts both hypotactic and paratactic sentences. However, the hypotactic style of writing dominates in the text, with the formation of long sentences consisting of main and subordinate phrases.

Here is an example of a hypotactic sentence structure: 

With the brass nozzle in his fists, with this great python spitting its venomous kerosene upon the world, the blood pounded in his head, and his hands were the hands of some amazing conductor playing all the symphonies of blazing and burning to bring down the tatters and charcoal ruins of history. (Part 1, 1%).

At this point, an example of a paratactic sentence construction, meaning a juxtaposition of simple main sentences or phrases and a secondary order of equal sentences, can be considered the following: "One two three four five six seven days. And as many times he came out of the house and Clarisse was there somewhere in the world." (Part 1, 37%) - here there is still a counting of days before the main sentences. This is repeated: "One two three four five six seven days: the firehouse" (Part 1, 43%).

Long complex sentences alternate contrastingly in the text with short sentences, such as here:
