Summary

In “I’m Having Fun!”, Diane is trying to persuade her mother to let her on a holiday to Ibiza with her boyfriend Neil, after high school graduation. Her mother is worried for Diane because she does not want her daughter to have premarital sex and accidentally get pregnant; which is what happened to her. Diane’s mother and father married when the woman got pregnant with her brother, but the man subsequently left his family. Diane works on weekends in a local fashion store, saving up for her holiday and plans to enrol in a modelling course after graduation, which she intends to pay with her insurance money.
