3. Taking your starting point in one of the texts, discuss the role of food in society today. Use at least two phrases from the following ones: firstly, secondly, especially, in order to, despite, however, nevertheless, to sum up. All sources must be documented.

Clean eating is a dietary trend which entails eating food that is minimally processed, or not processed at all. This involves paying attention to the process the food goes through from origin to plate. Clean eating is very popular and is often promoted online by fitness trainers and celebrities. However, some nutrition specialists warn people that taking an exaggerated approach to it might be misguided, as it could lead to eating disorders and negative consequences for one’s health.
