In general, Schwarzenegger uses simple words and chooses an informal style to deliver his message.

We frequently encounter positive words, which reflect Schwarzenegger’s positive attitude and his view of America: “the best in the world” (p. 19, l. 23); “the best-built man in the world” (p. 19, l. 32); “winning” (p.19, l. 33); “wonderful country” (p. 19, l. 75-76); “I felt I was in heaven” (p. 19, ll. 85-86); “best tax advantages here and the best prices here and the best products here.” (p.19, ll. 93-94); “my love, real estate” (p.20, l. 39); “positive energies” (p. 20, l. 63), etc.
